Stop guessing… and start training what really matters.

The Analyzing Training Needs course explores how to identify training needs and use this information to design training that truly hits the mark.

You’ll learn how to define the problem at hand, analyze performance gaps, identify job requirements, and understand your learners’ characteristics – and use these insights to design more targeted, effective training.

This course forms part of the Certificate in Train the Trainer, which covers the key pillars of workplace training – from identifying training needs, to training design and delivery, and assessment and evaluation.
