18 years ago, Ceventas began

Built the OLC and CAOC with ACI
In partnership with ACI, we developed the OLC and CAOC to support structured, industry-aligned learning for airport professionals.
In 2023, Klayo was created
After seeing a gap in how airports plan training and manage workforce capability, we launched Klayo to connect roles, skills, and training in one place.
2026 - The new Klayo launched
My Klayo launched to support every airport professional with a personal skills passport and a clearer career path.
