Identify the key organizations, agencies, and personnel who work at airports to facilitate the passenger’s end-to-end journey.
Recognize the key role airports play in their community and the important social and economic benefits they bring.
Better understand the business of airport operations, including key airport business models, revenue sources, and expenses.
Describe the key elements of, and security requirements for, each of the three key areas of the airport – airside, landside, and terminal buildings. Identify key focus areas for airport operators – both today and into the future.
