How it Works
- Payable in advance.
- Valid for 12-months from purchase date.
- Can be redeemed on any course listed in the OLC Course Catalogue.
- Your discounted enrolment fee is deducted from your available training credit as enrollments are processed.
- You can run a report on your monthly enrolments at any time.
- If you exceed your training credit, you will receive an Additional Usage notification and invoice at the end of the month in which your training credit was exceeded.
- Additional Usage payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

Your prepaid balance lets you enrol your students in training courses, including enrolling several at once. A prepaid balance can be scoped to one or more training managers, to one or more courses, or to a combination of both.
