Getting Started

Both managers and team members can use Klayo to inventory and validate the knowledge, skills, and abilities on an individual level. Managers will achieve insights into the gaps and competencies of their teams.

Yes. Our friendly team will be able to help you import your data into Klayo. Reach out to enquiries@klayo.com with more details about your requirements and we’ll go from there.

When you add a new user into your organisation, they are counted towards your plan limit and you can start populating their job and attributes.

The new user will not receive access to Klayo until you invite them into your organisation. When you do this, they will receive an email prompting them to create a username and password. From that point, the new user will be able to request new attributes to be added into their profile.

Billing

Our plans scale based on the number of people in your team. Each plan has a user threshold which you cannot exceed without upgrading to a higher plan.

Yes. When you create a new Klayo account, you’re instantly enrolled in a free 30-day trial with unlimited users.

When your trial ends, you will be directed to the billing page where you can choose the right plan for you and your team.

At the end of the trial, you will be directed to the billing page where you can choose the plan that’s right for you and your team.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan in the billing section of your account and will pay a pro-rata amount for the rest of the billing period.

If you would like to downgrade or cancel, please contact us at billing@klayo.com.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive quarterly or annual invoices.

If you have been paying by credit card, your invoices are all available for download via the billing page of your account.

If you have been paying by invoice, contact billing@klayo.com to request invoice copies.

Unfortunately, due to available payment methods, we currently only accept $USD.
